SUMMARY:

Supply Marketing is a “Point of Care Marketing” communications company that creates and maintains brand awareness in the physician office while providing invaluable feedback and market data on physicians, consumers, and market research. The Company delivers highly visible, cost-effective branding opportunities for companies within the physician office. Supply Marketing currently has over 400,000 physicians within its network.

Under the direction of the Product Development Sales Manager, the Health Panel Lead Installer is responsible for the placement of educational health panels in physician’s offices.

This program is free to physicians so there are no fees, deposits, or monies to collect. Before an installation is turned over to our contractors, participation in the Health Panel program is confirmed by our experienced Provider Relations staff from our home office in King of Prussia , PA. The contractor is responsible for scheduling appointments with the provider’s office. Receive your payment in less than 12 business days per confirmed installation.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Ability to follow instructions for placement of wall fixtures
  • Understanding of floor plans, fixture placement drawings and similar construction drawings as they apply to wall layout, placement of openings, retail fixture layout, dimensions and placement of signage
  • Experience using your own general hand and power tools
  • Ownership of a commercial drill, channel locks, vise grips, wrench sets, levels and other similar tools to complete tasks necessary
  • Safe, sheltered location for receipt of Health Panels to be installed
  • PC capability that allows for contact from home office by email, ability to send digital photos
  • Good computer skills including MS Excel and Word to complete various reports
  • Ownership of a digital camera
  • First class client retention and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, reach, stand, climb ladders, bend, push, pull, twist and kneel.
  • Ability to travel up to thirty (30) miles
  • Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills.

PHYSICIAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment.

HEALTH PANEL REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Setting up appointment

  • Place call to office manager or contact person, if provided. Please use provided script.
  • Set up appointment convenient for office.
  • Please be on time.
  • Installation must be scheduled within 20 business days of the day you receive the health panels and office addresses. If the office cannot schedule within that time, you must contact your Supply Marketing representative to make them aware of the situation.

Visit to office

  • Dress appropriately when visiting a doctor’s office; please wear khaki’s and the Supply Marketing Inc. polo shirt.
  • If you have long hair, please pull it back. The Supply Marketing Inc. hat is the only acceptable hat.
  • Be polite and courteous. Please use provided script.
  • Items to take:

Drill Completion Form Take One Holder (if provided)

Level Sign Up Form Brochures

Digital Camera Health Panel Survey for office (if provided)

  • Install the health panel in either the examination room or waiting room. Attach the take-one holder with the brochures, if they are provided.
  • Take photo – please stand on a slight angle and take a shot standing 3-5 feet from the health panel
  • Fill out completion form

  • Upon receipt of the completion form and the photo, a check will be mailed within 12 business days.
